Sheer quality shines through in every detail, from the period artworks and antiques to the elegant Florentine patio and Roman fountain, from the spacious suites to the bar, with its effortless chic. Yet, even in all this sumptuousness, the hotel’s charming, intimate ambience gives guests the extraordinary feeling of staying in a private residence in one of the world's greatest art cities.
Laura was the hotel’s Sales and Marketing Director for four years during which she had the pleasure of helping to establish the hotel in the international high-end hospitality panorama, after it received its fifth star.
One of her fondest achievements was creating the hotel brochure soon after joining the team.
Laura immediately grasped the need for a marketing tool to enhance the hotel’s image. She convinced the general manager to approve the new project and found the budget to make it happen. She recruited partners including graphic design agency, La Plume to write the texts, along with the translation agency and the photographer. She coordinated between the partners and her sales team. She organised the brochure’s release to the press. She oversaw the introduction of the brochure as a fundamental tool for the hotel’s internal and external communication.
