The hotel is located amidst the stunning landscapes of Franciacorta, the 250 sq kilometers of land south of Iseo Lake where the king of Italian bubbles is produced; the first and only bottle-fermented Italian Brut to have achieved this accolade, in 1967.
L’Albereta, is an ivy-covered patrician villa of refined architecture, which was the summer residence of a noble family of the area that made it an Art academy for friends and artists. Acquired by Vittorio Moretti, owner of Franciacorta Bellavista winery, an important entrepreneur, the villa was transformed into a hotel in 1993, offering wine tasting experiences and winery tours right at the hotel.
Surrounded by vine-clad hills, historic castles, and lush greenery, the hotel is strategically located in Lombardy, near the romantic Iseo Lake, which enjoys worldwide fame for the construction of Riva motorboats. It serves as an ideal base for exploring northern Italy's cultural gems, including Milan, Bergamo, Verona, and Venice.
L’Albereta is Italy's only Spa Chenot and has a sister property in Tuscany, L’ Andana.
