Inspired by Daniela Fantini, the charismatic CEO of Fantini Rubinetti, and designed by world-renowned architect Piero Lissoni, Casa Fantini is a boutique hotel with a sophisticated and contemporary design. The 11 private suites are tastefully decorated with utmost attention to detail.
The hotel is ideally located between lakes and mountains, within easy reach of the vineyards and the cities of Milan and Turin. It is set back, out of sight, in the main square of Pella, a small village on the shores of Lake Orta in northern Piedmont. Casa Fantini can be completely privatized for your family reunions, both intimate and private, or for your unique and unforgettable events.

5 Superior Rooms (20 m²), with a large terrace offering a beautiful view of the lake and the island of Saint Jules. Bathroom with shower, sauna, and private Turkish bath. The Superior rooms are located on the second floor.
4 Prestige Rooms (25 m²), with a separate living room, a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake and the island of Saint Jules. Bathroom with shower, sauna and private Turkish bath.

2 Suites (62 m²), with a spacious living room and comfortable balconies offering a spectacular view of the lake and the island of Saint Jules. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, sauna and private Turkish bath.
The two suites are located on the first and second floor of the hotel and offer the possibility of a third bed.
Each room at Casa Fantini has an elegant and innovative bathroom, equipped with a shower cabin with Turkish bath and chromotherapy.
The exclusive rental of Casa Fantini / Lake Time can accommodate up to 22 people.
It is possible to privatize one floor only: the 1st floor with 5 rooms and 1 suite, the 2nd floor with 4 rooms and 1 suite.

The House Chef will be at your complete disposal throughout your stay, for breakfast, lunch, aperitif, and dinner.
The breakfast of the House offers a combination of local products and carefully selected delicacies, combined with an A la Carte menu designed by the Chef.
The aperitif is served daily at 6:00 pm in the Lounge, always in company of the Master of the House, allowing guests to live in the moment while enjoying the local traditions and specialties.

EXPERIENCES
The privatization of Casa Fantini - Lake Time includes activities such as: private transfer to and from the island of San Giulio and an exclusive private visit to the Fantini showroom in Pella accompanied, for the lucky ones, by Daniela Fantini herself. Exclusive treatments are also available with a therapist trained in the “Comfort Zone” method, in your hotel room or al fresco (terrace or balcony). The SPA menu is a mix of Comfort Zone rituals and classic massages such as the Shiatsu massage, ideal for activating the free rhythm of Qi and vital energies; the relax massage, for an absolute rebalancing of the body and mind. Individual or group Yoga and Pilates sessions can be arranged upon request. The Casa Fantini - Lake Time team will be delighted to customize your activities and authentic experiences in relation to the heritage and spirit of Lake Time.
BLU LAGO CAFÉ
The Blu Lago wine bar invites you to taste simple dishes cooked to perfection and carefully paired with a selection of organic wines. The wine is the final touch to grasp the concept of the house. In case of exclusive use, the café can also be rented with the house.
