The Pariente tight knit Family took over the Lou Pinet hotel in 2017 and completely transformed it, thanks to a hand-picked dream team. The architects: Charles Zana and François Vieillecroze, landscape designer: Jean Mus for the gardens, Riccardo Giraudi of BeefBar for the restaurant and a Tata Harper spa.
French Riviera enthusiasts, they combined their talents to reinvent the hotel in Saint-Tropez as a private home with the vintage chic spirit of the 60s and 70s, where people come together with friends to enjoy a bohemian Tropezian experience.
Lou Pinet is exactly where you need to be, strategically located between the Place des Lices bowling alley and the most coveted beaches of the peninsula. Between Nice and Toulon, the hotel is easily accessible by air and TGV, coupled by a chauffeur transfer, rental car, or helicopter...

Lou Pinet's 34 rooms including 8 suites have generous volumes, bathed in light, thanks to a double exposure in several rooms and bathrooms. Each room has a private garden with an outdoor living room, to make you feel at home.
Three categories of rooms:
Superior Room (25 to 30 sqm)
Deluxe Room (30 to 35 sqm)
Prestige Room (35 to 40 sqm)

Junior Suite Deluxe (40 to 50 sqm)
Superior Suite (50 sqm)
One Prestige Suite (80 sqm): the hotel's largest suite with a private entrance and two terraces, a separate living room with sofa bed, a bedroom, and a bathroom with bathtub. Perfect for a stay with family or friends.

The rooms are set in Mediterranean cottages around the dominating swimming pool and can be booked together for an intimate stay with family or friends.

THE TATA HARPER SPA
The Tata Harper Spa, open every day from 10am to 8pm, offers 100% natural treatments and has two treatment rooms - one of which is double -, a hammam and a fitness room. Secluded, it offers the ideal isolation to fully savor its sensations, during a spa & massage moment or a fitness session in the fitness room.
THE POOL
The swimming pool is the heart of the hustle and bustle in the garden, linking the different houses. Open every day from 8am to 8pm.
CHILDCARE
A daycare service is available for children and a special welcome is reserved for them: plush toys, Jacadi welcome products as well as adapted bathrobes and slippers. Bathtubs, changing mats and highchairs are also available on request.
THE PETANQUE COURT
The petanque court gives you the opportunity to play the most popular sport in Pagnol's Provence while enjoying a cocktail prepared by the Chef Barman between two games in a deckchair.

THE BEEFBAR
The BeefBar concept offers a selection of the best meats from around the world freshly cooked, street food to share and Mediterranean inspirations. Open continuously from morning to night, the restaurant overlooks the pool with a 100-seat terrace and 40 seats inside.
THE OUTDOOR BAR
Sheltered by a wooden pergola, the outdoor bar faces a large umbrella pine tree that protects the neighboring tables from the sun with its soft shade.
THE INDOOR BAR
Inside, cosy and bright, the bar is a real meeting point for the guests to gather and share precious moments.
